Kitchen Step Stool

Loft style apartments tend to have high ceilings, and high upper kitchen cabinets. This step stool was a response to that problem. And our clients wanted a stool that was interesting and elegant enough to live in the kitchen and not in the closet. So we transformed a purely utilitarian item into a piece of craft furniture. The low handle makes for easy carrying.
