Cylinder Side Table

We’ve incorporated the straight cylinder leg into our design language over the past few years, for its simplicity and modernism. The support stretchers mimic the round leg at the joint and add more detail underneath at the center lap joint. The lifted or “floating” top is shown in lacquered mdf, but can be built in solid wood, solid surface, stone or acrylic, glass, etc. to expose more of the base.

We’ve incorporated the straight cylinder leg into our design language over the past few years, for its simplicity and modernism. But we also try to maintain a touch of traditional joinery and detail, as with these through tenons joining the leg to the stretcher. The table top is raised and its edge is pulled in to expose the leg joinery below. Use these versatile and scalable tables for keys, cocktails, or at the bedside.
