Contour Stool

The idea with this stool was to contrast a very sculpted seat with a simple, square pedestal-like base. A seat on a pedestal. The seats are shaped by a cnc router, then hand sanded. The contoured seat surface is very comfortable to sit on, and the lower front stretcher serves as a foot rest. They are shown here at counter height, but can be built at chair and bar height.
