We first built this table for clients at Brandeis University, who frequently entertain large groups in a spacious apartment. The two-layer top is a variation on a traditional drop leaf table. By folding the leaves on top, we’ve maintained a clean, compact form that exposes the base, instead of hiding it. The doubled outer legs open to support the open leaves. We build this table in custom lengths and widths, usually starting at 60” long x 16/32” wide.
